We do not offer pre-set furniture packages, as we’ve learned that each client has a unique vision and style for their home. Instead, we consult to curate selections that perfectly align with your preferences, needs, and space. This approach ensures a truly personalized design that reflects your lifestyle.
2. How much should I consider to spend on furniture ?
We tell all our clients that spending between 10% and 50 % of the home’s total value is standard, depending on the customization, quality, and luxury desired. Our minimum basic furniture packages start from $20,000 USD, including VAT tax.
3. Do you offer decor as well ?
Yes, we do offer décor as part of our design services because we believe in providing a complete and cohesive look for your home. This way, our clients don’t have to worry about minor details such as matching lamps, rugs, and art; instead, they can step into a fully designed, ready-to-live space that reflects their style and vision. From furniture to finishing touches, we ensure everything is thoughtfully curated and perfectly placed.
4. How about turn-key home?
Getting home equipped is time-consuming; our team of experts offers turn-key services. We select everything, including silverware, cups, plates, and household essentials, so all you need to do is start enjoying your home. Turn- key packages start from $1,500 USD.
5. Do you charge a retainer?
We do charge a retained fee for design services, which varies depending on the scope of work and the time involved. Each project is unique, so the fee is tailored to meet the specific needs and requirements of your design.
6. How long does it take to get furniture ?
We can deliver furniture to your doors within as little as 4 weeks from the moment of signing the agreement and placing the order, however, here is the estimated timeline
°Design phase: 3 weeks °Furniture sourcing & finalizing: 2-3 weeks (in-stock items)
°Shipping & delivery: 3-6 weeks depending on availability
°Installation: Condos: 1–2 days; Homes: up to 1 week (depending on square footage).
7. What is the payment plan you offer?
For homes with 6 month up to 1 year delivery we charge 70 % of the project upon signing the order and agreement, 20 % on shipping, and 10% on delivery. For immediate projects we review payments with clients on case by case basis.
8. What happens if there is a delay in my home delivery ?
We understand there may be delays in home deliveries. We assure you that we can hold your merchandise in a proper storage facility. Depending on the delay and the volume, a storage fee may apply.
9. Where do you outsource our furniture ?
We stand behind the quality work with, we work with reputable vendors and furniture suppliers in the USA and Mexico. Most of our furniture comes with manufacturer guarantee.
